CAMP HOURS: 7:30am to 5:30pm
Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time on trip days
PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILD EVERYDAY WITH:
- *Peanut/Nut Free Lunch
- AM&PM Snack
- Reusable Water Bottle
- Hat
- Swimsuit
- Towel
- Water Shoes
- Running Shoes
- One extra set of clothes
PUT ON SUNSCREEN BEFORE YOU COME TO CAMP EVERYDAY
Sprinkler days and water play days will occur randomly (weather permitting)
**As excursions are confirmed calendars will be updated**
If a waiver is required, it will be emailed to you
- Mini Camp is specific to CWELCC children under the age of 6 as of June 30th, 2025.
- Weekly fee is $110
- We will be closed on July 1 for Canada Day Stat, August 4 for Civic Day Stat and August 29 for a professional development day.
- Camp hours of operation – 7:30 am to 5:30 pm
- We will continue to post updates with trips, visitors, calendars, etc. as things are confirmed and put into place.
Due to limited space, all cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be switched with other weeks once you have registered your child.

For children who turn 6 in July, families will be required to pay the Summer Camp rate. (these families will be notified if this applies to you)
